  1. Complete and total review, plus a primer on what the numbers actually mean Was worried that the storage capacity was exaggerated (a common problem in the battery market). The wattage of the LED flashlight is not listed in the specs, but it is at least 1 watt, possible 2. I fully charged the unit when it arrived. I charged my phone to take it below 100 percent so that I could get a more accurate result and have let the flashlight run. It took 190 minutes to run 2 percent off the battery status display.   2. I liked it at 1st but…. I liked it at 1st. It arrived already charged 62%. I needed it to charge by solar panel. So I tried it with a 40 watt solar panel that I bought and it charged it. I charged my tablet with it and tested other appliances like small speakers and other devices with it and it powers them. It even powered my tv. Some of the plugs were a little tight at 1st. Otherwise I had no other problems with it…. Until it turned warm outside. It charged fine by my solar panel in cool weather in full…
